These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and services by any user (“You”, “Client”, “User”). By accessing or using Gita Digitals' services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use any of our services.
1. Services Offered
Gita Digitals provides digital and freelance services including:
Google Play Console Account Buy/Sell
App Publishing from Existing Consoles
Google Policy Violation Support
App Testing via Real Device Testers
App Graphics Design
App Reviews Procurement
ASO (App Store Optimization) Services
App Install Campaigns
Selling of Play Console Accounts with One App Live
2. General Eligibility and Usage
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Indian laws.
All information provided by you must be true, accurate, and lawful.
You agree not to use the services for any activity that violates Google Play’s Developer Policy or Indian IT laws.
3. Google Play Console Account Buy/Sell
We act as a service intermediary to facilitate the sale or purchase of Play Console accounts.
Once the account is handed over, including access to email, console, and recovery options, all future responsibilities and liabilities lie with the buyer.
Gita Digitals and the seller are not responsible for any misuse, violations, suspensions, terminations, or changes made by the new owner post-sale.
No refund or post-sale support is provided unless agreed prior in writing.
The buyer must ensure compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and local laws.
4. Account with 1 App Live - Special Clause
If you purchase a console account with 1 app pre-published:
You assume 100% ownership and responsibility for the app and account.
Gita Digitals and the original owner relinquish all rights and liability after transfer.
You are advised to change credentials immediately upon handover.
5. App Publishing Service via Gita Digitals’ Consoles
Apps are published via Gita Digitals’ existing Play Console accounts.
The user must provide 100% original, legal, and policy-compliant content.
You must provide legally owned and policy-compliant content.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any app that:
Is adult, gambling, copyrighted, fraudulent, or malicious
Violates Google Play Developer Policies or Indian laws
Publishing success or long-term app availability is not guaranteed.
We do not guarantee app approval or long-term live status. Once published, the risk of suspension, termination, or strikes remains with the user, we are not liable for the action.
6. Google Policy Violation Resolution
We provide expert consultation to resolve policy violation issues.
This is a best-effort service based on current policy knowledge.
We do not guarantee account or app reinstatement.
You must share accurate account details for effective support.
7. App Testing Services
We offer testing on real Android devices with feedback on UI/UX, performance, and basic bug checks.
We do not certify apps nor take responsibility for Play Store approval based on test outcomes.
8. Graphics Design, ASO, App Reviews, and Installs
Designs and ASO content created by Gita Digitals are original and provided for client use only.
App reviews and installs are organic/promotional in nature. We do not use illegal or automated systems.
Results for installs, ranking or visibility may vary and depend on Google Play’s algorithms.
We do not engage in fake installs, bots, or incentivized reviews unless otherwise stated and legally acceptable.
9. Legal Compliance (India)
All services are subject to Indian laws including:
Information Technology Act, 2000
Consumer Protection Act, 2019
Indian Contract Act, 1872
Any illegal or unethical use of our services may lead to:
Service suspension
Reporting to legal authorities
Civil or criminal liability
10. Payments and Refund Policy
All payments must be made in advance through approved channels.
No refunds will be issued after service delivery or account transfer, unless explicitly agreed.
Any refund dispute must be raised within 72 hours of service delivery.
11. Confidentiality
All client data including app files, credentials, and business information will be kept confidential.
We are not liable for data breaches occurring due to third-party platforms like Google or hosting providers.
12. Limitation of Liability
Gita Digitals is not liable for:
Account suspension or policy enforcement by Google
App rejections or future strikes
Any indirect or consequential loss including revenue, goodwill, or data
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in dispute.
13. Termination and Blacklisting
We reserve the right to terminate services or block clients in cases of:
Fraudulent activities
Submission of illegal or plagiarized content
Misuse of our platforms
Failure to adhere to our terms
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to resolve amicably.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert City], India.
15. Changes to Terms
Gita Digitals reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
